So far, the Metahumans I’ve discovered on Earth-3 already have counterparts in Waller’s squad. Except a Black Canary knockoff. I suppose that’s just what Belle Reve needs. Another loudmouth. Her name is Black Siren. Similar powers to our Black Canary. Like every other Metahuman on Earth-3, she’s broken bad.
